HIRE PERIODS
Hire rates are divided into One Day (24 consecutive hours), Two Days (48 consecutive hours), Three Days (72 consecutive hours), working week (Monday to Friday) and Weekly (7 consecutive days) hire periods.
After the first week each day is charged at the Pro Rata Rate i.e., one seventh of the weekly rate.
(Please note that hired equipment will be charged for on Sundays, Bank Holidays and at all times when our premises are closed)
ACCOUNTS
Applications for a trading account are welcome – An Account Application form must be filled out. Minimum invoice charge is £10.00, and terms are strictly net monthly.
DEPOSITS
All customers without an account will be asked for a deposit on a credit or debit card which will relate to the value of the equipment being hired. Deposits will be returned once all hired goods have been returned clean and undamaged and all hire charges paid. We also ask that customers without an account bring with them a means of identification.
IDENTIFICATION
Proof of identification is required from all non-account customers at the point of hire,
1: UK Driving license or passport
2: Two proofs of address in the form of Utility bills, bank statements etc
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We can deliver and collect most items for hire, but carriage will be charged extra. A specific time for delivery or collection cannot be given but every effort will be made to meet with your requirements.
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
All equipment is hired under the standard CPA Conditions of Hire and are available on request.
LARGE QUANTITIES & LONG TERM HIRES
Special rates may be quoted upon request for larger quantities of items and for long term hires (normally after eight consecutive weeks).
TERMINATION OF HIRE
It is the hirer’s responsibility to return equipment or notify us if it is to be collected at which point an off-hire number will be provided. Equipment will otherwise be left on hire and charged for until returned to our premises.
